Charlie Horse Rolling Tavern offers creative and innovative services, supported by friendly staff and skilled bartenders. We happily host events such as engagement parties, weddings, birthdays, barbecues, pool parties, and family gatherings.


We operate as a "dry hire" bar, which means you, your caterer, or your venue must supply the alcohol. We will work with you to create the perfect drink menu and provide you with a shopping list for the alcohol, based on the details of your event.


We provide rental of our signature bar and bartending staff, and can provide you with everything else you'll need for your bar (minus the alcohol). This includes custom-printed cocktail menus, disposable drinkware, ice, mixers, syrups, juices, garnishes, napkins, straws, etc. We can also add mocktails, non-alcoholic drink options, and a coffee station to your package.


Yes! We are RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) trained and certified.


Yes! We carry general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance.  


We are located in Saxonburg, PA, but we are always willing to travel! Travel within 30 miles of Saxonburg is included in our base package pricing. Additional travel is $2/mile round trip. 


Plans changed? That happens! We offer a fully refundable limited cancellation policy with each booking. Please inquire for details. 


Yes! We will give you a shopping list of how much of each item to purchase to help ensure you don't run out of alcohol, but also to minimize overbuying. We consider several factors such as guest count, hours of service, and the selection of drinks you have chosen.  


Our bar requires flat ground for setup and service, clear access for set-up and breakdown, and enough clearance to tow the bar to its desired location via an SUV. The trailer is 8' wide, 13' long, and 10' high. We require access to a 110-volt plug for our bar. If power is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional cost.


Due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate cancellations due to rain. However, we will work with you to find the best available option to provide services for the bar in the event of inclement weather.


No, A license is required for us to sell alcoholic beverages. 


We will work with you to create the perfect signature cocktails for your event based on your tastes and preferences. We want your signature cocktails to be a reflection of you and your special event. Once you've booked, we'll provide you with our curated cocktail list. You can select from this list or choose your own!
